Terms & Policies
The client is asked not to sell the pictures, nor to modify or edit them without the photographer prior consent. All physical products left in the photographer possession for more than two months without any news from the owner won’t be returned and will be disposed of.
A retainer of 40% of total amount will be made and the invoice will be signed by both parties. At the time the contracts takes effect, Marion Botella Photography shall reserve the date and time agreed upon, and not make any other reservations or accept any other clients for said date and time. For this reason, in the event that the client cancels the contract for any reason under 15 days before the shooting, all monies paid shall be retained by Marion Botella Photography in order to offset its loss of business.
Full payment is due before the edited pictures are sent over. If the payment is not made within the limit of 20 days after reception of the invoice, late fees of 2£ per day will be applied.

Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the buyer selected and purchase a photo) the client must notify Marion Botella Photography right away if a mistake in the selection has been made, before receiving the «incorrect» photograph edited. Refunds will NOT be given due to «not liking a photo», selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph, or any other reason.

To conclude, the client is not obligated to credit the photographer on their social media, but the photographerwill greatly appreciate if they do.
